HOW TO USE  
Replace carbon pad every 3-4 weeks depending on load.  
Rinse foam block using aquarium water, put some of your aquarium water in a separate bowl to rinse foam pad.  
Then replace back into your filter- every 2-3 weeks, replace every 3-4 month.  
Alternate filter pad charges.
